Freedom From Unwanted Behaviours

Our mission is mental freedom and having control over our lives. We believe in the importance of having mental strength that supports the foundations of the future we want to create.

Nothing changes unless something changes. It starts with you.

Our mission is about freedom. We believe in the importance of having mental strength that supports the foundations of the future we want to create. We are advocates for freedom from unwanted behaviours.

We are here to provide a self-centred approach to each individual seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and wanting to unlock repetitive behavioural patterns that keep them stuck on a loop.

At Inner Patterns Coaching we believe that we build internal toolsheds to store the behaviours we use each day.

Each behaviour serves its purpose and can be used to perform an act in the character we are choosing to play at any given moment depending on what triggers us.

Sometimes, our responses get us into deeper waters.

What if we could be more mindful and accountable for our actions? To create change, we must first acknowledge and understand those behaviours and why we keep them around.

We include traditional therapeutic methods used in modern-day counselling, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, to work through mental blockages, helping to recognise emotional triggers and the impacts of one’s actions. We combine this with Solution Focused Therapy which concentrates on one’s goals and capabilities to build a brighter future with competence and confidence.

Make a booking for 30mins free consultation – Just a chat if that’s what’s needed.

For more information about the benefits of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, read this article by My Life Psychologists.

We Offer An Attentive Ear & Step By Step Guidance

We offer an attentive ear to those who need to be heard and offer step-by-step guidance on tackling difficult self-reflective work.

This helps you develop a strong sense of self-awareness and confidence in relationships.

Whether you are starting over in love or life, felt unheard in previous relationships, or been unable to effectively communicate your needs,  you’ve come to the right place.

We believe in self-empowerment that stems from self-belief, confidence building and accountability.

We also believe that the knowledge of self-empowerment and love is to be shared so that the community benefits from the positive changes of self-care, self-understanding and empathy.

Meet Cheryl, Your Happiness Coach

I have always been an observer of life. Watching how people interact is a fascinating process. I began to observe myself, my family interactions, then friends and eventually everybody.

By doing this I was able to see the patterns people develop that never truly change unless it works for them.

Nothing changes unless something changes right?

Because of these skills, I have always had a sense of empathy and have been able to apply this in every life situation. As a child growing up in an emotionally unstable environment, I was able to use empathy as a way to make sense of what was going on just by observing body language. As a child, I didn’t know what adults talked about, only that they always sounded angry.

As an adult, I use the same technique to understand what people truly mean behind the barrage of words they use to cover the truth. People often use too many words to explain what they’re experiencing and feeling instead of getting to the point.

I am here to encourage people in a safe space with a way to express themselves. By doing this I work with you to get to the root of the problem. Only then can true change follow.

No more masquerading.

It’s time to be free of the mental prisons we build within.

Cheryl’s extensive experience in Mental Health, Disability Support, and Community Services has equipped her with a wealth of expertise. Her work with a diverse range of groups and individuals in various support and service roles has enabled her to connect with and understand the unique needs of many people, making her a trusted and knowledgeable coach.

Cheryl holds a Diploma of Counselling and Diploma of Management in Disability care, Certificate IV in Individual and community Support  and currently completing a Bachelor of Counselling.

Cheryl is on a mission to free individuals from inner patterns that are holding them back from being their authentic self and living their best life.
